In its large park there are, beside the castle, the manor house, the caretakers house and a chapel that can be used for weddings. The place is a wonderful setting for weddings and other special celebrations. Catering available on request. The following extra services are also available on request: cook, hourly household help, baby sitter. Florence airport is 45 km away. Periods between 01.01.06 to 01.04.06 and 30.10.06 to 31.03.07 are bookable for a minimum of 2 weeks. Heating and hot water are extra payable locally according to use. Check in must be before 19.30h.  For shared use: park. Private: garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 31.03.-30.10.), terrace, garden furniture. In the house: whirlpool.

Cancellation policy

No refunds if booked within 90 days of departure/arrival dates. Deposits are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly suggested. A waiver must be on file prior to sending funds to Owners or Suppliers.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. A refundable Security/Damage deposit is required upon arrival on site (some at the time of final payment.) See invoice/request amount. Our agency has NO control over security deposits, as most are paid on site upon arrival (in cash and in local currency.) Taxes and final cleaning deposits, if not included in rental price, are to be paid on site in local currency.

Other fees

There is a $165 USD administration fee. All tourist taxes are to be paid on site.  Clients are responsible for all currency exchange charges .

Other policies

Once the booking request is accepted by the owner, all funds MUST be received by wire transfer within 3 days of booking. There are no exceptions. Currency exchange rates change daily and may change between initial and final deposits. In some areas, owners or countries state travel insurance protection is REQUIRED. Personal cell phone use is desired by rental owners, since security deposit returns can take more than 60 days when waiting for phone bill charges, for which you are responsible.
