The location at the top of Morley Drive also makes it easy for the adventurous skier to find their way home, yet convenient to walk or ski down to the bus stop to start the day.   Included is a media room, office, sauna, wood burning rock fireplace and an antler chandelier, with stereo system wired to entire house, Big screen TV with DVD in media room. Cancellation policy

No refunds if booked within 90 days of departure/arrival dates. Deposits are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly suggested. A waiver must be on file prior to sending funds to Supplier or Owners.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. A refundable Security/Damage deposit is required upon arrival on site (some at the time of final payment.) by credit card number. See invoice/request amount. Our agency has NO control over security deposits, as most are paid on site upon arrival (in cash and in local currency.) Taxes and final cleaning deposits, if not included in rental price, are to be paid on site in local currency.

Other fees

There is a $125 USD administration fee. All tourist taxes are to be paid on site. Due to the high incidences of fraud involving checks, cashier's checks and credit cards, we have changed our policy regarding funds. Clients are responsible for all currency exchange charges ($40 per wire transfers.)

Other policies

Once the booking request is accepted by the owner, all funds MUST be received by wire transfer within 3 days of booking. There are no exceptions. Currency exchange rates change daily and may change between initial and final deposits. In some areas, owners or countries state travel insurance protection is REQUIRED. Personal cell phone use is desired by rental owners, since security deposit returns can take more than 60 days when waiting for phone bill charges, for which you are responsible.

 ANY refunds that may be due are at the daily exchange rate.
