A great area for exploring or just watching the world go by from a pavement café. The banks of the Seine, the Ile St Louis , Ile de la Cité , Notre Dame , the Marais are all also within any easy stroll

 Luxury vacation rental apartmetn in Paris in the Latin Quarter, elevator access, very careful tenants, lots of antiques.  Latin Quarter Luxury Paris Apartment - Imaginatively designed to retain the original character and featuring a warm stone wall and fireplace (not in use) in attractive sunny Living room , with lovely old beams, tiled floor and rugs, white linen covered arm chairs and Sofabed , dining furniture, TV . Small galley style Kitchen , with marble-top dining bar for 4, dishwasher, washing machine , microwave as well as classic oven (this is high, above the fridge, approx 1m60), 2 electric burners. Small bedroom 1 : Double bed (130cm). Larger Bedroom 2 : with two single beds. Good marble Bathroom with tub and shower attachment. Separate WC. Initial Linen included. Electric radiators. Restricted line telephone (use cell phones).   While preserving its antique charms, the building was entirely renovated some 15 years ago. The typically Parisian street door often has graffiti! Our apartment of some 70m2 is on the fourth floor, with elevator (short flight of stairs to the elevator). Light and sunny, the apartment has lovely views over park and garden on either side, you can even see the dome of the Panthéon! Furnished with taste - a pleasant mixture of quality antique and modern. (NB unusually low beds).

Other policies

Payments sent by client via  Fed Ex, ups, dhl within 3 days of booking. No exceptions.  Currency exchange rates change daily and change upon final and initial deposits. In some areas/countries travel insurance is REQUIRED.  Personal Cell phone use is desired by rental owners, security deposit returns can take up to 60+ days when waiting for phone bill charges which you are responsible for.

 

This office has NO authority over any security damage deposits made, please take out travel insurance.
