Area description

Nine hectares of beautiful landscape gardens with fishponds, trimmed hedges, trees and shrubs. Bordeaux is approx. 1 hr from the coastal town of Arcachon famous for the sand dunes approx. 2hrs. The famous vineyards of St. Emilion are 45 mins. Restaurants to sample local cuisine are within easy access, and for the wine connoisseur, vineyards are in abundance. There is also an excellent choice of 18 hole golf courses all within easy reach of the Chateau.

Classic luxury & elegance for your vacation in France or exclusive destination Wedding in France, the Chateaux includes a Wonderful grand entrance hall complete with chandelier. The Abbey is typically 18th century,   Bordeaux style and smoothly finished off with two beautiful towers. The attention to detail is superb, retaining all the original features such as the stone and marble fireplaces, oak beams, wooden floors, and the original Gironde tiles. The beautifully tendered and landscaped gardens have 3 ponds complete with goldfish.   Look through the trimmed hedges to a large private, exclusive swimming pool. Behind the swimming pool is a tennis court, complete with garden furniture & barbeque equipment.  All bedrooms are luxury, superbly appointed and ensuite. Maid service is included.  A local chef is available for catered occasions and is used extensively for all weddings. The priceincludes Maid Service, water, electricity, linen, towels, use of thetelephone, fax, and a guided tour to a local vineyard to taste some of thebest Bordeaux wine in the area. Extra Services available is French Chef withfull catering staff, Chauffeur, Massage, Car Hire.

Other policies

If booking request accepted by owner, all funds MUST be in this office within 3 days of booking-either by fed ex, ups, dhl or PayPal. No exceptions.  Currency exchange rates change daily and change upon final and initial deposits. In some areas/countries travel insurance is REQUIRED.  Personal Cell phone use is desired by rental owners, security deposit returns can take up to 60+ days when waiting for phone bill charges which you are responsible for.
