Private Villa in a quiet corner of Quinta do Rosal, is notable for its unusual pool – you could literally step from your armchair into the pool ( all ground floor windows have security gates to prevent toddlers walking straight into the pool)! The living accommodation opens right onto the pool at the rear of the villa, but there is also a delightful outside dining area, with built-in BBQ at the side of the house. Inside the villa is comfortable and furnished to keep shady and cool. Air conditioned living/dining room with TV and video, lockable patio doors.

Currency exchange rates change daily and change upon final and initial deposits. In some areas/old_countries travel insurance is REQUIRED. Personal Cell phone use is desired by rental owners, security deposit returns can take up to 60+ days when waiting for phone bill charges which you are responsible for.
